  • Be the version of you where you wouldn’t change a thing. This frees you from worrying about what other people think of you since even if they were to dislike something about you, it’s of no relevance as there is nothing you’d consider changing about you.
  • If you trust every thought you have then you are assuming that your brain works flawlessly and never entertains a thought or a phantasy. Be aware of the flaws of the brain and the erronous, bad thoughts that everyone has. Inspect your thoughts. Clean them. Wield out the bad thoughts camouflaging as truths and conclusions.
